Markets move.
Intelligence should too.

I build Market & Competitive Intelligence capabilities for technology businesses — turning fragmented market, competitor and commercial signals into intelligence people can actually use.

Experience

A career built around understanding markets.

I started in market analysis in London, working on complex UK markets where research meant finding, structuring and interpreting information from a vast range of sources.

Moving into B2B SaaS changed the question. Intelligence wasn't only about understanding a market — it had to reach sales, product and leadership quickly enough to influence a decision.

That shift has shaped my work ever since: from market analysis to competitive intelligence, enablement, intelligence platforms and, increasingly, AI-enabled systems.

Thinking

Where intelligence is going.

01

Intelligence should be continuous

Markets don't update quarterly. Competitive intelligence shouldn't either. The most useful systems detect change continuously and surface what matters when it matters.

02

AI changes the workflow, not the judgement

Discovery, classification and synthesis can increasingly be automated. Deciding what matters, what it means and what to do about it remains the interesting part.

03

Another repository isn't the answer

Intelligence creates value when market signals, competitive knowledge and commercial data connect — and when people can retrieve what they need without knowing where it lives.

04

The analyst is moving upstream

Finding information is becoming cheaper. Asking the right question, challenging assumptions and translating evidence into implications are becoming more valuable.

About

London shaped my career.
Poznań is home now.

I spent more than two decades in London before moving to Poznań in 2026. My career developed there too — from analysing UK markets to building competitive intelligence capabilities for international technology companies.

I'm interested in the point where research, technology and judgement meet: how we make sense of too much information without losing the human ability to question it.
